Anyone with a Broadcom chip in their wireless network card (that includes MOST laptops from Dell computers, HP & IBM that aren’t using Intel Centrino), many Linksys cards, and cards from most other vendors… you could very well have a critical security vulnerability that can be exploited wirelessly. Since this is a NIC driver vulnerability, a hacker can gain total control of your system EVEN IF IT IS FULLY PATCHED, and even if you have the best firewall and antivirus in the world. Nothing will help you.
